I would like to state that some of the product descriptions in the online shop are not available at all, and delivery capabilities are poorly maintained or not maintained at all. I wanted to order children's gloves. To do this, I had to look for the product details of some articles on bergzeit.at because they are not maintained on the homepage. Finally I found children's gloves and ordered them too. Unfortunately, a week later I got the message that the item is not available. This shows that there is room for improvement here too and that the delivery stocks are not properly maintained. One would think that a company of this size has an automatic merchandise management system in the background that correctly maintains inventory. Unfortunately, it was not like that. I was not offered a replacement item and my sponsored child will not get any gloves for Santa Claus. I'm still curious about the credit card statement and whether the value has been debited from my card. I haven't received a chargeback confirmation yet. I'm sorry not only for my niece, but also because I'm a good customer at Intersport and I buy a lot in the Fohnsdorf branch. What the customer card can also prove. I will definitely no longer use the Intersport online shop. Better to buy from a reliable provider.
