The platforms are too low, makes it difficult to get on/off the train if you have heavy luggage etc.
Clean and cosy waiting room, clean toilets.
Well, basically a nice train station with good connections and a model train in the building, toilets and a waiting room, but none of this works if you can get on and off the train at all because the platform is too far from the entrance I'm glad I am not yet 60 years old, otherwise I would definitely not be able to get on the train. Here you would really have to invest and renew the tracks, including the platforms, so that slightly older or physically impaired people can get on well can.
Nice atmosphere, but way too high entry
