Do not use this company ! ! ! ! - They are thieves ! They gave our heating system a service and told us it was faulty. We then hired another company to come and fix it. Who told us our heating system was absolutely in perfect working order. ABG Installationen EU refused to take responsibility for their bad work and false advice - I Lost 300 Euros in this process ! They are thieves and not honest people ! - do not use this company ! ! !

This company is horrible and they should be investigated by the police: they charged me 2700 euro for a plumber service and declared there will be a 8-year warranty for the pipes. They also told me they will send the bill and a full report of the pipe issue to my insurance company but never did! Their address on the website does not have any plumber company at all! The staff only take cash and they told me their boss don't have a bank account for online transfer!

A phantom ?? Called about thermal failure, made an appointment. However, nobody ever showed up and nobody called. Nobody could be reached for my calls, I was always forwarded to a mobile number, where the mailbox then reported. Left a message but never got a call back. Conclusion: completely unprofessional. Even if the website looks like Vaillant officially. Also interesting: a click on the users who have given 5-star ratings. Almost all of them only rated 2 companies - always the same 2. And again and again with "the young man". Coincidence?

Dear Sir! Since my spa gave up the ghost, I called the plumbers. I received an appointment on the same day and am satisfied with the work. Getting appointments with you is very quick. The work clean, fast and accurate is really recommendable. The secretary on the phone was also very polite. ME AND MY HUSBAND WILL NOT LET THE INSTALLER GO ANOTHER !!!!! Thanks to the gentlemen who were there.
