State-of-the-art technology, (fully automatic, strong countercurrent system, practical remote-controlled floating pool cover) worked clean, beautiful planned pool. Now that the greenery has completely grown together: even more beautiful.
The initially positive impression became gradually worse from the order placement and ended up in mistrust.
Customer requests were dismissed and hardly considered; Orders were incomplete, requiring reorders that were again incorrectly made; opaque pricing; arrogant handling of employees with customers; no willingness for active education / information in case of questions / problems; sometimes very unprofessional work that does not meet the safety standards or the state of the art !.
Sukkus:
I'll never hire Fa. Fordinal again (and it would be just a screw change) and advise everyone against it!
