Thank YOU, Thank You, Thank you!! what a beautiful service in a self service restaurant!! only because of this Backwerk branch, i always change my way to work! almost addicted to this place! lovely staff and always fresh breads and sweets... and very very clean!

I have been here many times with my dog, today I wanted to come again. At the door there is no sign of NO DOGs rule so we came in As Always. We came with the dog on leash of course and a guy at the casier told us dogs must stay out. No please, just a kind of get out. So we left. After this the guy must be happy I Will never return this shop with or without my dog. I Will not cause him problems by come and spend here. I am sad because we live close by and I liked to come. I suggest to put the sign on the doors for the new rules to dont loose more customers.

Ever been to the dining section of an IKEA? Take out the meatballs and you've basically got this place. Grab, pay, sit, enjoy. It's a very diner friendly system and works nicely. There's also enough variety to make it worthwhile to return.

I am not from Austria , so it was my business trip and I really needed to relax in a peaceful place such there to have coffee and donut. I got so excited to be there and could check my email . Manager was polite and had beautiful smile . I hope to go there again . These places are suitable for travelers like me who want to just relax . Tip Top Ich gehe jeden Tag dorthin und kaufe und sie haben sehr gutes Verhalten und Qualität

The atmosphere was very good and very clean! It was very cheap with many options to drink and eat! We were so excited that we found such a nice place and we decided to study with our laptops there! After 30' the waitress told us that we have used too much of their Wi-Fi (The Wi-Fi was automatically closed after 30 minutes and you had to buy it if you want more) and electricity and it's time to leave!!!!! The cafe shop was completely empty!! We were the only customers there!!! We had not even finished our coffees yet!! We left at once and we will never go back to that impolite and no-welcome coffee-shop >:(
