In general, we solved the problems and requests, but not always with the greatest ease. I understand that employees are also stressed, with more and more complicated requests and it is demotivating when so many people attack or swear at you, even though it is their fault. I've seen enough people go straight to the consulate nervous and upset about the scandal. A little patience and better forward documentation for people would help a lot. But modernizations must also be made at the consulate: larger headquarters, more staff, telephone support for documents and more.

The last experiences were ok. When I was in 2016 there was a huge chaos there, but not because of them, people came and cursed at them because they did not have the necessary documents with them. Most of the employees are competent and friendly with 1-2 exceptions. The porter always spoke arrogantly to me now and a few years ago, and when I asked or asked him something he turned his back on me and told me that he was not interested. I don't take it personally, but ... nah, when you come in and you are slapped directly, I go to the counter with an unpleasant feeling, where the brunette lady with medium hair doesn't have good days. It's good this way too. I wish them health.
