If I could I would give minus stars.
Last week on Thursday I brought my floor-length dress and ribbon to this cleaning shop. I was told that I could pick it up on Tuesday. I was there on Tuesday and it wasn't finished yet. So I went back on Thursday, October 12th, 2017. A lady gives me my dress without a ribbon. I say the tape is missing. She begins to search and hands me the wrong ribbon. I say that is not the right thing. Whereupon a half-hour begins a game between, I suspect, Mr. Pavlov, his wife and me, in which the two are looking and I stand around. Several times they both assure me that nothing is going to get rid of them.
Finally I ask how they want to replace the tape. According to the motto, Mr. Pavlov does not fix and says that I should take the other tape. I say no and that he will hear from my lawyer. He then decides that he won't give me my dress at all. After a few threats on my part, he finally puts it out. Before that, he took a few ominous photos of the dress.
Conclusion: my tape has been lost. They wanted to give me another customer's ribbon. They didn't want to give me my property. They didn't offer me a replacement. Never again and I advise everyone against ever bringing anything into this cleaning!
I came across it accidentally and since then I have been a regular customer. Friendly, quick and very professional! Highly recommended.
Worst and outrageous blow room in all of Vienna!
The suit that was handed in was not found on the agreed pick-up day. After about 10 minutes of searching, the boss found him lying on the floor in the dirt. Instead of apologizing, he tried to hide the suit. He told me that he was probably not done yet. When I asked him that I saw him picking up the suit from the floor and throwing it back, he gave me the suit without excuse (incl. € 12.00) and more or less got me out of business thrown. Incredibly unprofessional and brazen behavior! I can only advise everyone to leave their clothes to this cleaning company.
