Due to Amt stereotypes I was expecting crabby unhelpful service but received extremely kind and cheerful help by phone! 5 stars.
Well, I've never called. But at all personal appointments, the employees were courteous, friendly, brisk and, above all, competent. Regardless of whether it was about parking tickets, registering my daughter or other official channels.
If you ever get through (eternal waiting loop, every now and then you are even pushed away) then sometimes wrong information is given. Just wanted to contact us, threw all the necessary documents into the post box on site, then it was said "got lost" and was not entered in the system, another magistrate from the 2nd district said when we wanted to register there that we were already entered 4 days ago by Penzing. Staff are friendly, therefore 2 stars, but otherwise it is just complicated and exciting. :(
It has picked up one freezing cold (no mailbox system), and said the contact was currently unavailable after I was pushed away 3 times without comment. What do you guys do all day? 🤣
Registered place of residence by appointment in 5 minutes. The staff helped with all my questions without any problems.
