Desert House

a decent exposition of desert plants and few animals. it’s worth visiting together with Palmenhouse buying a combi ticket.

Very relaxing and satisfying place to visit. There are desert animals and plants (worth mentioning is very rare Welwitschia mirabilis). Good prices too.

Very few animals, the majority of them not really interesenting. The plants could have been nice, but there wasn't anything written in English to help you understand what you were looking at

Didn't have a high expectation of the place until we walked in. The place is small but lovely. Has a lot of info about the desert flora and fauna. The birds are free in the place and you are allowed to put your hand in the sanitary fish's aquarium. Simply put a big treasure in a small box. Buy the ticket with the Palmenhouse entry aswell, it's cheaper yet very amazing to see both!

Amazing mix of succulents and animals all presented in really cool environments, would recommend!
