Schmetterlinghaus

Thee butterfly farm in a historic building is a rather unusual combination. But it works. The place is small, but charming. And the butterflies are really beautiful.

Wonderful place to admire the beauty of many different breeds of butterfly. You get to walk through an artificial habitat with many butterflies flying around you. If you are lucky, one just might land on you. It is a bit humid inside so i would not suggest hot clothing.

A small, but very charming place, filled with an array of interesting butterflies, all very used to human presence. Since butterflies have quite the short life span and you cannot really influence which ones will fly into your sight, each visit has something unique to it. The very humid climate and structures seem very well suited for butterflies with more than enough height for all of them. For 5,50€ (as a student), this trip was well worth it. Can recommend.

SUPER CUTE GREAT EXPERIENCE

Great location to visit with children. We saw many butterflies and enjoyed the atmosphere. The location is very small so the price seemed a bit high, within 30 Minutes we had walked around the entire space twice.
