The Schwarz bakery's range is very extensive. In my eyes, a certain individuality sets you apart from the kind of uniformity of some competitors.
The quality of the products are extremely good across the board. What can be seen as annoying from the consumer's point of view is basically something positive: towards the end of business hours the available supply is usually rather modest - a sign that the demand is good and that production is demand-oriented. The sales staff in Alser Strasse are extremely friendly.

One of the few lone warriors among the bakeries. Since there is more or less only the Anker or Ströck unitary porridge in Vienna, it is very refreshing and worth supporting small bakeries to support. Especially in the difficult Corona time. If the quality is right then it should be worth a visit. They have very good pastries and breads, fresh and handmade. A clear recommendation.
