I made an appointment for a facial and it exceeded my expectations! The treatment was based on a thorough skin analysis and the cosmetic products were individually tailored to my complexion. I felt completely at ease and will definitely book a treatment again.

I had a rehearsal appointment with Bianca for my wedding makeup. She is such a lovely person and is very knowledgeable about her field. She responded to my ideas and wishes. She was not offended when it came to improvements, she adjusted it immediately and always asked if I liked it and always shared her opinion honestly and gave tips and always answered my questions. Highly recommended :)

I am totally satisfied! Bianca vom Beautyversum really takes time for her customers, does an extensive skin analysis and answers all questions very well! You can tell she has a lot of experience in what she does and is very knowledgeable. Facial treatment was great and everything around it too - gladly again :)

I booked a make-up course with Bianca and was completely thrilled! She is very knowledgeable and has explained everything to me very kindly, patiently and with humor. In addition, she wrote everything down for me very carefully so that I can do it again at home and has offered me that I can contact her at any time if I have any questions. Great! I would like to come back. :)
