They could not even fill a proper form for tax refund. Because of their incompetancy I couldnt get my tax refund.

One waits to be advised for a long time and as one's turn, one is not advised and quickly someone else will turn it on !!! I would have liked to buy something, but left the business in frustration. Customer service looks different. There are other branches and especially those of the competition

Good selection, the conditions might be a bit friendlier, if I buy around 150, - and not even get a bag offered, I wonder how far the thought of saving enough.

After placing my order over the phone to make sure my products were in stock, I drove to this store to determine that they were the wrong products. Lancome and Biotherme also sound enormously similar! Never again!
