I was here once on December 23, 2020 and the week before. Was looked after very well by both the boss and the employee and decided to buy a mattress. After I signed the sales contract, the saleswoman informed me that I had to make a deposit, in cash, as there was no ATM. I was surprised she only said that now, but okay - I went to an ATM to get the deposit for the agreed price. When I came back, I discovered that the price had been repaired on the sales contract (€ 10 more). I was irritated and asked. As a result, the apparent friendliness of the boss and the saleswoman changed promptly and unexpectedly a number of allegations began: I would have passed on wrong price agreements to the seller and would not have adhered to the price agreed in advance by telephone. I explained that I did not receive this price information on the phone (with another employee), or if I did, I would not have understood it that way. And that the 10 € would not be important to me at such a high price, but the fact that the contract was changed without my presence and without information. However, I was not listened to, the boss and the saleswoman interrupted me several times with their version of the story and made me understand with further comments that I was an extremely undesirable customer. Ultimately, there was no purchase and I walked out of the store upset and frustrated. The people involved apparently did not exchange ideas optimally with one another and were possibly under stress due to the Christmas business. For me, that would be an explanation (but by no means an excuse!) For the downright unprofessional and offensive customer service.

Great mattresses. Best quality. I have had one for 20 years and the other one for 1 year. Patient and competent advice.
