By mistake I landed in Josefstädter Hair Fair and was completely disappointed. Unfortunately, never ever again. Being in such a rush to cut, making it uneven and without proper shape and form in less than 5 minutes. I really hope the lady had just a bad day and that normally she is capable of cutting hair properly. However, I would honestly prefer she told me she doesn't have time then forcing me to go to another hair-dresser again.

I got an undercut and it was great. Cheap, quick and friendly. Makes me wish I had more hair to shave. Super nice staff.

The service was outstanding. My hairdresser made sure everything looked great with great detail. It might depend on what you want, but my haircut was done better than I could have imagined. I will visit it when i come back to Vienna!

Worst experience with a hairdresser ever! In fact this needs to read zero stars awarded, but I can't post this without rating. Advertised unmistakably as a wash and cut for 18 Euros on the shop window, but I ended up being charged 27 Euros today. Be highly cautious of these hidden charges that are not declared!!! I explicitly told the receptionist upon arrival that I did not want the 5 minute hair mask that she offered for 5 Euros and I also said I would dry my hair myself to avoid additional costs. Claudia who attended to me quoted 22 Euros but in spite of that I was shocked to be charged 27 Euros at the till. I was told this was due to the hair mask! All I actually had asked for was a simple shampoo and conditioner applied to the ends! This is clearly a case of false advertising and of underhand charging. Totally unacceptable.

This was undoubtedly the worst haircut of my life. The only reason I give it 2 stars, and not 1, was that my haircut was so sh*tty that my wife laughed at me for 20 minutes non-stop, so just her laughter was worth the 18 Euros. I've had road-side haircuts in SouthEast Asia that were better than this. And when I told the hairdresser that she was leaving my hair too long, she just ignored me! She left me the strangest "peak" of hair in front which I had to cut at home (because she refused to do it) - it was 4cm longer than the rest of the hair!! I never asked for anything like it! Lastly, when I arrived they told me to wait 20-25 minutes, and I ended up waiting 45 minutes. Which was also inconvenient, but all in all, not my main complain. AVOID!
