Rude, incompetent, and dishonest! This place is a disaster! Rude employee who steal and lie, dishonest management, and incompetent staff who lack professional skills. I had my $200 hat stolen at this salon and the manager made up lies. The local Josefstadt police will go investigate their terrible staff. Had to go to the police station while on vacation in Vienna. The place is a joke! Charging 52 euros for a shampoo and blow dry when other salons charge 28 euros. The staff attitude acts super low class and rude, Claudia was the name of the girl, feels like a place in the third world. She’s rude to your face, and the service and skill is beyond terrible. They don’t even try just quite the opposite they talked about me while I’m looking at them, they all laughed. It was unreal! so ridiculous I can’t even believe this could happen in a city like Vienna. The staff here are utterly unprofessional and the place is a shockingly low class, non wholesome place. This salon is in the middle of the theater district in Vienna, where English is commonly spoken by many people in this part of the city. It’s a shame because they use a special brand called herbanima natural products and I was very excited to experience it. Sadly not impressed at all, hair was super dry and frizzy unlike the shiny smooth hair after a blowdry. The rudeness of the staff is a complete shock. If you don’t speak German, they will pretend they don’t understand English. So ignorant! Shocking how low and unprofessional these people are. Just WOW!! Save your 52 euros for an unskilled and rude person to wash and dry your hair. What a pity since the product is natural, will not go back and don’t recommend going, you get better service in the third world where people are actually kind and grateful for your business. These people definitely don’t want business from people who speak English or any other language other than German is not acceptable. Stay away if you don’t speak German, You will be a bother to them. Epically Disappointing! Expensive, rude, and lies are offered on the menu here, but you have to pay 52 euros for it! Not sure why they are in business?

Pleasant atmosphere and just nature!

The hairdresser in the Lange Gasse had cold hands, atmosphere at the haircut: fast and coarse; no bridge between customer request and how the hair lt. Hairdresser to cut. 45 min for women's section + hair wash. The next hairdresser visit will be again at Haarmonie in Neubaugasse.
