The ladies at the reception are very nice, knowledgeable and also pretty 😎, but unobtrusively.
The agreed appointment was kept on time, very experienced master mechanic. Problem recognized and resolved at short notice. Staff friendly and greetings! ! Very clean and seems well organized.

Wasn't tortured but washed at the university
The staff is very friendly and competent, but I was only able to test drive the ZOE for 8 hours instead of 24 hours.
