The Levante Rathaus Apartments

Take car with this aparment house. I am here, and it is not that lovely and silent place as they promised to me. If you wanna have silent place than do not come here. Áll walls are Carlos, and you can hear everything. This aparment house is for big families. It's not for you if you wanna enjoy a lovely night with a Beautiful view to the city. For elders I Do not recomend, because the mattress on the bed is very weak, it will cause you a backache. Take away the uper pattress, then maybe you can survive the Night. The stúdió aparment looks nice and but you won't be happy to sleep there. It's very noisy, and next to your dooryou will have families. This aparment house is for families, not for you. Anyway, I payd a Lot of money and I Did not sleep for 3 nights. Next time, I will not Pay in advance, so I Can change my hotel immediately.

When we arrived at this hotel, there was a discrepancy with our booking. The woman working at reception handled the situation exceptionally by upgrading us to an excellent suite complete with a bedroom, sitting room, kitchen, and bathroom. The suite was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We had an excellent stay here and would highly recommend this hotel.

Arrived late at night, followed the instruction as per email from hotel as to gaining entry to the room. Friendly male staff on the intercom spoke English. Apartment was clean, warm and spacious. Spoke to onsite staff the following morning, again very friendly and English speaking. Location good for walking into city centre and public transport links are excellent and good value. I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended for its great location and great staff. The location is between Mariahiferstrasse and the old town of Vienna, the two most important places for tourists. Alexandra, you are the best 🙏🏻😊

I spent 14 nights here in a "superior two person apartment" over Christmas: after I had booked and paid for this I read some of these earlier reviews. On arrival however I was pleasantly surprised and do feel that some people have been very hard. My room was very large with a double height ceiling, plenty of light and air - and above all it was quiet. It was cleaned everyday and I very much enjoyed my stay. Also, I was not asked for a deposit for the key.
