Hotel Alpha Wien

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Alpha Wien for 5 nights in December 2019. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. It was warm, despite being chilly outside. The hotel was in a great location for visiting the Christmas Markets and we walked everywhere from there. Staff were lovely and even packed us a special breakfast on our last morning because we had to leave before breakfast opened.

The atmosphere was very pleasant and the hotel is quaint and comfortable. There are sitting areas on the ground floor, with coffee, teas (with teapots) and water available for free, and soft drinks and alcohol available for purchase, with appropriate glassware. The vibe is very good. Breakfast was excellent - fresh, with a great variety of cheeses, breads, pastries, cereals, fruit, yogurts, meats, and so on. The room was also comfortable, with extra chairs and a good-sized desk. We also had a mini-refrigerator that was incredibly quiet.

Great location, good service

Very nice hotel for tourists in Vienna. The location is near to the public transportation. (Wien Rathaus) station which is served by the U2 Metro line is only five minutes walking. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. The room is supplied with a safe and a big 47 inch smart TV. The breakfast was more than what I expected. I think that the local taste here is a bit like a celebration in breakfast. In the area there is also a good variety of restaurants and shopping possibilities. Nice hotel with very good location for tourists in Vienna. Friendly staff. Very tasty breakfasts, coffee and tea. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.
