Wonderful Steinways...
We are Steinway fans, but both the phone calls in advance and the customer service on site were rude and unengaged. Unfortunately, we were not advised in any way, only informed that we should be careful when buying apparently cheap Steinways and that the pianos are deliberately written too expensive. It's a shame, maybe in addition to great pianos, you can also shine with better service in the future ...
