Why the one star I hear you ask? I'm a passionate VW owner, had paintwork done there. Poor job really and not to VW standards but this is not the forum to air my issues.

After I made an appointment for a test drive and (with the cash) !! I was denied a test drive and made up some lies that the car had already been sold. In retrospect, I found out that it was because of my appearance that I was not entrusted with a test drive. Sad to see something like that in the 21st century. People differentiate based on their appearance or origin ... no thanks! 0 stars
