On a Saturday, a few minutes before the shop closed, I quickly bought a computer monitor (which is essential for me) because mine broke half an hour beforehand. The gentlemen in the warehouse were so nice to spend 5 minutes after the shop had closed.
I've already shopped there several times and was always served in a friendly and courteous manner. I love to shop with you again!
Found a new oven much cheaper via Geizhals at the Köck electronics shop. Employee very helpful by email on request whether dimensions fit, technical documents sent. Ordered online, announced a longer delivery time, but adhered to it exactly. The agreed delivery / installation / assembly and disposal of the old device was done perfectly, professionally and in a very friendly manner. I am very pleased.
