Imagine to be in a foreign city and your puppy has an accident and is in shock and bleeding! The taxi driver brought us to this clinic where our pet was given first aid and got an operation cause her injured toe was in such bad condition to be possible to be saved. We received excellent support and care from everyone involved, from the head surgeon, who personally explained to us what was needed, to the vet aid, who even returned to us the bloodied coat our dog was wearing washed and cleaned up. I am giving only 4 stars instead of 5, on account for the long waits in the post operation period, despite fixed appointments. All the staff speaks English. The prices are expensive, but so is it everywhere in Austria.
