It cannot be that an official health department is understaffed or not at all at such a time. You can call all day and you won't reach anyone.
Of course, at a time like this, many people want information, but the health department has to have that under control and not occupy a person or no person in the department. Opening times are also a hit. Can't handle the inquiries and then open for another 4 hours a day.
Nobody has been available there for hours, although I was told to call there. I don't understand why the city of Vienna is so badly organized!
Despite the opening times, the bell rings forever and nobody picks up. Not even a mediation.
from 1450 you are referred to the office for specific questions and there it seems that you are being ignored. It is understandable that during this time there is an increased volume of inquiries, but at least a mediation or occasionally a human voice so that one feels heard would be desirable.
Would be a hit if someone takes off when it comes to health.
The phone rings continuously, that means nobody picks it up. It can't be something like that in a municipal department. What's even worse is that apparently, despite all the criticism and reviews, nothing is improved or even commented on here.

The lady at the operator simply hangs up.
