Sylvia offers yoga classes in a relaxed and warm atmosphere. The individual positions are explained in such a way that both beginners and advanced learners benefit. Meditations and relaxation exercises round off the demanding, invigorating sequences perfectly. I feel in good hands!
I enjoy the yoga classes with Sylvia very much - they are an enrichment for both body and mind. For beginners or advanced. Now during Corona times also online courses with a link to repeat afterwards. Highly Recommended! 👍
I only recently joined them and immediately felt welcomed and addressed. Even when participating online, during the lockdown, from home, I feel personally addressed. The steps are explained very clearly and relaxation is conveyed in a calm and pleasant voice. I am happy to have discovered yoganotion for myself.
