It's in the middle of the mountains and it takes a few minutes of hiking to get there! But trust me, the view is very well worth it (:
Food very good. Especially the Berger Spaetzle. For some dishes, the portion could be a bit larger. Great homemade cakes. always happy to be there.
Great hut with a great view. Very nice operator. I can only recommend it.

It still worries me today! We (9 people) came on September 5, 2020, pretty exhausted like so many hikers from the direction of Riefensberg and wanted to consume properly here. We waited for the first free table and immediately realized why it was free again so quickly. There are hundreds of flying ants on our table. We made a spontaneous decision, put it in the meadow in front of us and were satisfied. The operation, however, is not. "Put the table back immediately, that's semi-optimal and you will ruin the lawn!" It didn't help any discussion the table had to be returned and the ants were back here by the hundreds! So we got up and left the "English lawn on the Alpe Moos !!! We were still cursing in Krumbach, but when we got there the Krumbacher Stuben was looking forward to our orders. The" Semioptimal Hut "at Hochhädrich Moos will always be" NEGATIVE "in us We hope you will enjoy your English lawn for a long time to come. Semi-optimal glofa !!!
