The host is extremely friendly and the location right by the lake (there is only one street, you can swim there and there is also a kiosk) and the distance to the city including the way across the promenade was great. Breakfast was good - always fresh pastries and very good coffee with a view from the winter garden. Unfortunately the whole house is getting a bit old (e.g. painting outside) and the rooms have not been renovated for a long time (e.g. painting the ceiling, modernizing the bathroom). In my opinion, this would be necessary to justify the price - despite the good location. Because of the ivy on the house (I suspect that's why) there were also a lot of spiders in the room. Therefore three out of five stars.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The rooms are clean bright and friendly.
First was already in shock from the exterior of the house, then we came in and we were the only guests, which have triggered a strange atmosphere. The staff was very nice, but the price is way too expensive for the offer (125 € for 2 people with breakfast)
Dirty bathroom and towels, everything was very old & the breakfast was a cheek in my opinion! Expired yogurt and very very minimalistic!
Unfortunately not to be recommended!
Rather unfriendly
I've been coming back for 10 years. Very nice rooms, great view of the lake! Even at breakfast we look forward to a cocktail with sunset sonnen
