It is one of the few five stars hotels that they have in the region. The service is really good and the staff is very attentive. The hotel rooms are big with nice view to the lake. It is the best hotel to disconnect from outside and relax . They have nice variety of food for breakfast and lunch .
Very nice hotel that really helps you disconnect from day to day activities. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The personnel is friendly and helpful. There is a parking lot and a back terrace with an awesome view towards the lake and the Alps. And don't miss breakfast: it's a treat!
Great view and good offer for food. The service is attentive though a bit stiff...
The worst hostel we’ve ever lived in!
The services were terrible:
no water refill in room,
no body wash gel refill,
no tissue refill,
even no towel (they took away dirty towel and did not replace with clean ones),
terrible attitude when my friends asking for hot-water in lobby
One of our rooms even half-clean and left their cleaning tools in the room when we back hotel we found these
—- location is good, very close to train station
—- close to the lake, but very little to see
—- breakfast was so so like other Western European hotels
First time to live in Austria, but nothing good impression at all
