Nice shop with very high quality beds and everything else you need to sleep and relax. Wonderful pine scent in the shop, very nice and competent advice from motivated and qualified employees. Would love to come back.

For the money that costs me such a sleep system, I am not satisfied with the service. Shortly after the contract a phone call that the desired substance can not be delivered, quickly I was pushed to a new order to speed up the delivery and, however, the delivery is delayed despite this.

For this expensive purchase, the bed is solid for 5 *, for the sleep system that is most important, there's 1 * that is saggy after a year, as well as the pine scent does not help. Service is not satisfactory 1 * after 1 year in the current contact (telephone, emails) I was turning and turning the slatted mattress offered and also not long-lasting. It could be quality, material problem o.falsche weight adjustment 1 *. For this I expect already from the Fa.Ruwies a problem solution that has not yet happened. Total 2 *
