I recently got a BORA system. I cannot make comparisons with other systems because I use it privately and only have one system ;-). It does everything you need it for in a perfect manner. What I absolutely love is the service! I am of the guilty

In 2018 we had a new Nolte kitchen with MIELE appliances and BORA Basic surface induction glass ceramic cooktop with integrated cooktop extractor installed - everything except for BORA!
Exactly after 2 years, this enormously inexpensive hob has developed countless cracks in the glass and especially where a pot has NEVER been.
Reaction or goodwill from BORA = NULL
Folks, save your money, this "brand" is not worth it
Take a CANDY for 90 dollars and donate the remaining 2000 dollars

Great products and really fantastic customer service!
The customer problem is ignored here. The quality of the products is not worth the money. Induction hotplate scratched after first use, although only new, suitable dishes were used. After repeated use, discoloration and "water marks" appeared in the glass. Bora does not guarantee faults in the ceramic hob.
Dear Bora company! For the money of a Bora, other families buy a complete kitchen including electrical appliances !!!! A terribly disappointed Schröfl family from Austria
