I gave a pendant in July with three names engraved (friend, daughter and mine). I have now given the chain to be engraved again (2nd child). When I picked up the chain, I found that there are two deep scratches on the front that are not mine (sloppy???) And the second name is more than crooked! When you pointed out to the lady that it was weird, the answer was snappy. No, that is because the name is newly engraved. Am extremely disappointed and find it a shame about my chain. I will no longer enter this shop and will not recommend it !!!
