Today I was in Penny and a product I fell on the floor and I would like to exchange the same as everyone does.
The saleswoman was extremely confrontational and rude.
There were about 15 people in the shop when the lady with red hair was screaming at me.
I'm sorry, but I'm in the store every day
such rude behavior is not correct for the customer.
I have to think about going to a different store where I buy groceries every day.
Working with people is not for everyone!
