The fact that you only get an appointment with a doctor if you are also a resident is new to me. I was informed of this by the ordinance help. Like everywhere else, there seems to be a fairly large rush and a lot of demand, maybe for this reason it is handled that way. Perhaps for this reason the lady on the phone was so instructive and unfriendly, which I think is a shame. Unfortunately, I cannot judge whether and how other work is done in practice.

Not particularly friendly! Wait more than 1 hour despite the appointment. Doctor is very tinkering! An impudence!

So I don't understand the negative reviews. I was sooo happy. I got there with my son without an appointment, even though they were completely full today. Didn't even wait 5 minutes. The Dr. was extremely friendly and tried to help us, not to mention the other nice ladies there. I was very satisfied :)

Despite waiting for an hour, doctor was too overwhelmed, did not even really listen to me ... I was simply labeled as an "acne patient" without even really being able to describe my problem Have been prescribed an acne cream (he said that would help) of which I finally only had a rash and pain ...
