Ok !!
My car (VW Passat) was serviced at Porsche Leibnitz this week. Everything worked out great, the service advisor calls you in advance about what is being done or whether there are additional requests, and you can also get the price in advance by phone. The individual items are indicated on the invoice, from my point of view you have full price transparency here. In addition, the car was washed free of charge (very clean!) - from me full points (number of stars) for the entire Porsche Leibnitz team!
Great workshop
I can only say positive things about this workshop.
I was lucky enough to get a stone chip in my windshield two days before Christmas. Of course, there was no appointment for such matters before mid-January (even with large, well-known companies).
Porsche Leibnitz was able to squeeze me in between, despite the busy appointments.
After almost half a day I was able to pick up the finished, washed car.
Porsche Leibnitz took care of the entire process through insurance and I didn't have to worry about anything.
Gladly again!
