I recently took part in a competition there. I have to say that the place where the sports field was built was chosen very unfavorably. The reason is that the sports field is next to a factory. Therefore, the air, in my opinion, is very bad. Otherwise nice sports field!
I've been playing there for 8 years and it's just awesome
There is a lot of potential.
The problem lies with the leadership positions.
Your own bag should be in the background, instead encourage the kids and teach them something and not use it.
Place / plant not in good condition .... OK but just overdue to renew the artificial turf
