The business itself is great, with a large range, etc. However, I now avoid this branch. What cheekiness one of the employees regularly allows is simply under all cannon, I have never seen that in a single business, regardless of the branch. As a customer, you are patronized and snapped at. The other ladies are very friendly. I'm sorry, but this one employee with the (Viennese?) Dialect is an absolute shock for customers who takes away the desire to leave even a single cent here 👎

Extremely rude shopkeeper. Today was the 3rd time that I was yelled at by her. I cleaned my hands with my own disinfectant in front of the store, then entered. Some people entered before me who did not disinfect their hands at the entrance, and the shopkeeper was serving someone who was not wearing a mask. As soon as she was done with him, friendly and polite towards him, she came up to me angry, stuck her finger in my face and hissed at me “YOU didn't disinfect your hands, I saw it exactly!”. Only I was treated like this, the customers who came in after me and did not disinfect themselves left them shopping in peace. An outrage. The other employees are always very friendly, I've been coming here since the shop in Zell am See opened, and so has my mother, but we haven't had any good experiences with the owner since the beginning. Today's cheek was the last stroke, that was the last time I went shopping here, my mother also put back her goods and we left.

You have a very rude employee (German akzend) had to take my granddaughter's shoes off in the car today because she wanted it at 2 years old. That was the second time that I was annoyed with her
