Pandemic 2020! There is a mask requirement in all closed shops throughout Austria, including this pharmacy. Next to me a young woman who is served without a mask. After I asked why she doesn't have to wear a mask, the pharmacist says: "Well, we'll be ready soon anyway ...". A NO GOOO! And it is precisely because of these arrogant and moronic people that we cannot get rid of the damn virus !!!!!!!!!! With us in the pharmacy in Karlsdorf, something like that would not be continuous. I will never enter this pharmacy again !!!!!

Competence, yes. Assortment, good. One could only work on the friendliness. A gentleman seems almost arrogant (I don't know if that's the boss). Think it doesn't have to be, especially since you have enough to do with yourself when you're sick. The fact is, with a little more empathy it would be a great pharmacy! But so ...
