Wonderful!
A renovation of the living room was planned - with the Niederl company this was handled excellently by a person with overall responsibility. Offer of course only with prior viewing. From the first conversation there was immediate confidence. Various good ideas were introduced, and the inclusion of a preferred floor heating provider was also included in the offer.
I am very satisfied! As with any renovation, there are also small problems:
And this is exactly where the advantage of commissioning a single company with the overall renovation was confirmed, which would deal with subcontracting (I was told all steric companies). My contact person, Mr. Bauer at Niederl, organized everything without any problems and agreed on an appointment to solve the problem. That is the reason why I will be happy to make future adjustments again at Niederl.
To work in itself: Top craftsmanship and very clean - especially floor layers and painters have significantly exceeded my expectations. In terms of price, also completely okay. Other local providers were sometimes significantly more expensive.
