I wanted to use the emergency service because of an urgent problem, after I said that my property management offered to cover the costs for me, I was only given a "But I won't do anything for them" - extremely unprofessional

I had an appointment and after 1.5 hours I have to wait after I called that the fitter no longer comes. the friendly lady on tel. meant it is anyway only a radiator which does not work (bathroom) and I can have a new appointment tomorrow morning. Of course it is very easy when you are working.

Very good advice and very competent staff. The new boiler was installed without problems within a short time! Thanks again for the great advice! With all the new technologies, I can only recommend everyone to get competent advice.
