Horrendous place to deliver to. Very unfriendly reception area and staff. Tiny waiting room filled with lots of staff smoking inside.

Have been put off until the next day for 1 month ... except for one employee, all rather unfriendly and nobody knows their way around! Customer service therefore actually not available

Staff in the call center very friendly and competent. Warehouse workers (likely students) are not very WORKFUL. Customers have to put up with long waiting times in the blazing sun.
