We made an appointment with an employee from Knittelfeld for a used car inspection the following day, and he also reserved the car for us. We also made them aware that we have a 2 1/2 hour drive and if the car is sold we ask for a call. Shortly before we got there we got a call from him that his colleague from Judenburg had picked up the car the day before, despite his reservation, and that it was probably already sold (he had only found out shortly before). After we drove personally to the Porsche in Judenburg, the salesman Mr. K ...... only tells us that the car was sold the day before and that he had not seen the reservation.
With a company like Porsche, things like that shouldn't happen and that the salesperson from Judenburg didn't know anything about the reservation is almost unbelievable.
