Wanted to apply for minimum income. At the BH building in Bruck an der Mur there is a note that says that you can only come in with an appointment. I called to make an appointment. I said that I want to apply for minimum income, answer: Then please do so. I was told that this is currently not possible through the BH and that I have to do it through the church. Regarding the question of whether this can also be done online, I was told that I just had to enter it into Google and then the form would come up at some point. Two stars because it was entertaining 😂
Due to COVID-19, an appointment is now necessary! This is really great! Appointment made, even at relatively short notice, went there and got it right away. No waiting, super friendly, I have a very positive impression of BH Bruck-Mürzzuschlag (Bruck location)
