Mistakes can always happen, but the fact that one is deeply offended makes this workshop absolutely not recommendable !! ONE star too many !!!
Unfortunately, our vehicle broke down on the way to vacation. We took the next exit and happened upon this workshop. Since I work in a workshop myself, I know how badly unplanned incidents fit into the daily planning of the workshop.
Nevertheless, we were helped immediately and very friendly. After three quarters of an hour we were able to continue our vacation trip with a makeshift solution.
Many thanks to Mr. Erhardt for the quick help! Customer service still comes first! :)
