Mark is an excellent instructor. Snow and Fun is the biggest ski school on the mountain, and we found it to be well organized and similar to other ski schools in the US.

My dad left his own skis there for sharpening. The staff didn't say a word that they have completely messed up the edges on both skis. On the picture You can see what happened to the edge. They've tried to get away with this (wow, really, is this a civilized country?) and when my dad noticed it, the staff tried to persuade him, that it is not their fault. Who else's? After a long conversation they finally agreed to replace the skis and gave him another pair from the shop. Thats the good side of the story. But why they tried to lie? Not a place I would trust.
