Friendly and helpful personnel (also English speaking). They have a nice possibility to rent the board you want to buy to try it first. Definitely recommend to come and rent/purchase here.
Rented gear and got lessons from these guys, also bought a couple of accessories. Everything was great, couldn't recommend more. They're a young team of enthusiasts, laid back and friendly, making it super fun to interact with. Our instructor was very polite and helpful, tailored tips and advice to each person's strengths and weaknesses, got us on several slopes to enjoy more of the resort. We started at level zero and we're very confident doing all the basics after just 3 days.
The bindings of my board were broken, no other shop here in Hinterglemm was able to fix it except the very friendly dutch guy from Board.at, thank you very much for saving my holiday!!!! I will recommend this shop to every snowboarder! Thank you.
Took some lessons in freestyle and freeride."Two stars" for the staff in the shop who are always friendly, laid-back and accommodating when it comes to switching or shifting courses. Unfortunately, the instructors did not match. The freestyle instructor was little motivated, playing with his smartphone every free minute during course, and did not respond to our requests. The freeride instructor was cool but a little too laid-back in terms of safety. He split the group during course leaving two of us behind in unknown terrain. Dangerous ERROR!
The service was great, we got what we wanted - the boards were good, and we enjoyed our equipment. Be sure though that you know which leg is your front one, and be sure to tell that clearly!
