Excellent service from Hans and the team! They suggested me great boots and were able to wide them over night to my special feet. Happy also with the ski they recommend and sold for a great price.

Service was poor and staff not helpfull at all. Update the Google Maps details for an extra star.

Horrible customer service. The bike that I was given got damaged on the trail, and I had to pay for all the spare parts, even though it was clearly not my fault. They didn’t even let me explain what could’ve happened and was practically called a liar. Would not recommend as they don’t even offer insurance on the bikes.
