Together with our teenagers we used the offer of the National Park Summer Card to get an introduction to archery.
We were welcomed very nicely on site and given bows, arrows and armguards straight away. In the indoor hall, the handling was explained to us very carefully and patiently. Soon the first arrows hit the mark.
Motivated, we then went to the 3D course in Stuhlfelden. We decided on the small round with about 14 animals, which we as beginners did well in about 2 hours. The guys were really excited. We can only recommend it to everyone.
We were there on Tuesday at 10 o'clock no one far and wide (except the caretaker).
Door was locked no sign
One day later we were there in the afternoon
then it was open. Opening times have changed on September 15. changed.
The service was very friendly and the advice very competent.
We used archery with the National Park Card as part of our vacation.
The staff and owners are very nice, it worked out pretty well. However, the rental equipment is not particularly great. The arrows have some spines (750 to 1100+), some tips and are not matched to the loan sheets at all. If at least all the arrows were the same, you could adjust to it. But that's how the arrow flies somewhere. OK, for a total beginner it may not matter, but I think that could be done better.
The course itself is the worst I've shot on so far. Almost continuously in the field, i.e. in the sun, quite small catch areas and behind it, at least for us, not mowed. Well, 4 euros per lost arrow is actually okay anyway, but that can also be done significantly better. Overall, the whole thing is not very exciting. I can't say much about the shop itself. The range does not seem huge, but please do not refer to this review.
The shop is absolutely recommended. Competent staff, pleasant atmosphere! It could not be better! Will be happy to come back for shopping!
Also, the 3-D archery course with 28 goals is great and from easy to challenging, everything is available. In addition, rest stations and seating, drinks are stored on-site and well stocked. An absolutely great service for the archers.
Thank you very much for this commitment. You find too rarely!
Very good advice and a very cool Pacour.
Very good shooting goals and 28 course goals.
