Great business but too small. I asked the business is moving to become bigger. The clerk is very friendly and helpful. So a specialist is always on site.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired! My grandmother's washing machine broke almost exactly 2 years and 1 month after purchase - the warranty only runs for 2 years of course. Elektro Mühlthaler was contacted by her and instead of being treated kindly, she was insulted herself for breaking the washing machine. It was said that she was not allowed to wash 3kg dry laundry, but 3kg WET laundry. Dear Mühlthaler, You have probably not washed a lot of laundry yourself in your life, have you? To know that you wouldn't get very far with 3kg of WET laundry. It's a shame that older people are treated with so much disregard. We will definitely not buy anything more here.
