Gave me a board with a broken binding, had to get it fixed myself or I would have been stranded in another town, refused to compensate what I had paid to get the faulty binding fixed. All the staff were great apart from the bloke with tats who just wanted to be rid of me. Go across the road to rent in future. Don’t confuse with hotel Adapura which was an excellent stay with amazing staff
We once again visited Wagrain and again the Ski School was fantastic .. Andy / Charley and the team made the group very welcome. The instruction was top notch and very patient. We had a beginner in the group and we found the meeting area and learner slope perfect to meet up as part of a mixed group. V good school thanks again
This is a fantastic ski school. Made the whole experience fun, easy to understand and was great value for money. We took private lessons and our technique came on so much in a couple of short lessons, amazing. Simple to follow tips by guys with a real passion for what they are doing. Whether you're a beginner or experienced and wanting to improve, I would highly recommend this ski school for friendliness, professionalism, care, knowledge and fun. They also have a hire shop which stocked the latest kit at the most reasonable prices I've seen in a long time, 5 star all the way.
Very organized center providing good services. I rented ski equipment and booked 4 days of ski training. Ski lessons were excellent and I could easily extend my renting period, paying only the difference from 6-day to 5-day pack. I definetely recommend this center
This School is amazing, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have used the school for beginners and advanced in the group, the managers make sure the instructor matches the level well and having taken lessons in Switzerland , USA, Italy etc etc I have to say this school is 1st class and better than them all with a v good hire company attached, this school took me and my girlfriend to the next level and out of the intermediate wilderness and through to carving, moguls etc , I can't praise this place highly enough.. Thank you
