Went to buy a new Opal Grandland Hybrid4 and the sales dept were not interested...no wonder the car industry is on its knees
Bad experience. I was interested in obtaining a quote for a car that I wanted to buy, but the retailer didn't give me any information about a personalised offer. He just told me to look on the brochure. I also asked for a test drive on a Saturday morning, out of working time, but he told me it was not possible since on that day it was not covered by insurance. That was the only car dealer which was not willing to give me a Saturday test drive.

Having accident damage assessed costs an extra 150 €. When I asked why, since it is a service in all other workshops: Yes, you have to calculate the additional work. (Enter vehicle data in the computer and order an expert) The employee I spoke to was very nice, but I was rudely dismissed in another 3 instances.
Regardless of whether to buy a car or to repair it. I will avoid ÖFAG for miles. Unfortunately I have to give a star.
